Who is behind Aeffect?

Aeffect GmbH was founded by leading experts in organizational leadership and digital transformation. Our core team is led by Frauke von Polier, an award-winning CPO with over 20 years of experience leading transformations at Zalando, Viessmann, and SAP. Vera Snell is an expert in Org Design and Transformation, known for leading strategic AI initiatives at the enterprise level and building high-performance skilling programs. We combine deep human-centric leadership expertise with cutting-edge AI strategy.

What does collaboration look like?

Rather than offering generic consulting, we act as a creative and strategic partner to your executive team.
